Undeniably, the client’s high expectations of luxurious premises and architectural vision of this project located in the heart of a mountain city could only be made possible by using highly performant glass and aluminium systems handled by qualified personnel. 64 completely atypical glass elements were realised using wood templates.

Being situated in a new crowded area of Cluj-Napoca, West Side Park was built with the concept to improve the inhabitants’ lifestyle.
Triple glazing windows reach high energetic and soundproof performances which make an important contribution to the wellbeing of people. Moreover, the large glazed surfaces give the viewer unhindered access to the 7700 sqm of green terraces built in the residential complex.

Riverside Office
For the Riverside Office project, X-Tru has teamed up with the architect and the beneficiary to find the best solution in terms of quality-price-architecture ratio and obtain a good price margin with a high-performance façade.
The financial, human and logistic resources were allocated in the best manner possible that turned this project into a performance demonstration in regards to the achieved quality and installation time, the 3,500 sqm of windows and doors had been installed in less than 3 months.

Tolworth Tower
Besides the challenge of realising a major project in the Queen’s Island, our company was also involved in designing the façade, having a great focus on the ventilation part as part of the building regulations in England.
Thus, a special thermal insulating panel was developed, integrated in the façade and connected to the indoor ventilation system by a plenum – as a coupling between the façade and the ventilation system.

Optimus Nova Business Center
X-Tru has offered full support to the beneficiary of Optimus Nova Business Center project by adopting the optimum technical solutions for the installed glass façade. Top solutions for glazing were chosen to achieve increased performances to both thermal insulation and solar protection. Moreover, a set of technical details was developed for the integration of Architectural LED Media System to the façade, by using glass with applied Oracal foil in order to achieve the optimum light diffusion on the façade.

Nowadays, triple glazing windows generate high energetic performances which allow the architects to choose glazed walls over the traditional structures without compromising the energy rating. Moreover, the windows structures in Parc Babes stand as a protective barrier against falling that require safety glass. Another particularity of this project is that a window ventilation system from Renson was agreed to replace the traditional ventilation from the walls required by building regulations.

The main activity of the company is production of uPVC windows and doors for large, complex projects.
